Though this isn't technically what would be described as a bug (I don't think anything is faulty), I noticed that after completion of the Stormblood Main Quest Scenario, an Garlean flag still appears inside of Ala Mhigo (visible when flying nearby), I believe this is just something that was missed out when changing the the look of the zone.

I've uploaded this picture to show what I mean, the flags on the outside are Ala Mhigan, but inside the city you can see the Garlean flag.
