Astro's can cut up to 30 seconds off of Light Speed's CD time.

New to the forums, had an account just never really used it till now because I thought this should be mentioned (Haven't seen anyone mention this yet, if someone has, please ignore me or link to their post over it)

You cut up to 30 seconds off of Light Speed's cool down using Essential Dignity.

How or why does this matter? With the restrictions for DPS spells now gone for Light speed and the timer reduced to 120 seconds for its new cool down... A LOT of people over looked one thing; Essential Dignity, which can Reduces Light speed CD by 10 seconds every time it is used while also healing.

How to go about it? Pop, LS -> Spam Gravity till you can't -> Pop ED the moment LS is on CD and keep an eye on ED's Timer popping it every time it is up which in return reduces the timer on LS by 10 seconds. Been able to get 3 off before being able to use LS again doing this.
