I really do not believe their follow up. They said the issue was resolved at 9:17 pm PDT. The thing is, is it really fixed? Or did the issue go away when people started to log off to go to bed? I mean, that is after midnight for the east coast and 11pm for central.

I personally go to bed between 10:30pm and 11pm. I actually logged off right before they fixed it.

What happens if the heavy congestion is back at say 7pm PDT? Are we not going to be able to do any instances again till people give up? This is the one time I really would like to know what was done to resolve the issue other than saying "Whelp, the problem went away when the congestion dropped. Must be fixed."
