    Lost stormblood access

    Problem has been fixed.

    I've been on stormblood since early access.
    When my machine crashed today, I discovered that I've lost access to stormblood on my account.
    How do I re-enable stormblood again? The registration code has been used already, and I don't think I should buy another copy of stormblood.

    Even if your computer crashes, it should be saved under your account at the square enix site. I would log in to that and check what you have registered. I think that is also where you can re-download it.

    Same thing happened to me. I registered all my codes and have been playing Stormblood for the past week. Just went to log back on and it says i dont have access to Stormblood? Even my online account says i dont have it registered and need to buy it again...what the f?

    I have logged in mog station and stormblood was gone from the list.
    I have ARR and HW, and a link to purchase stormblood.
    (I only have 1 service account)

    I will just ask the general question, forgive me if it's clear, but I think it might be misleading a bit.

    Did you register a cd/product key to your current active subscription account?

    This is the code you find in the store under the order part, after clicking unlock key button, with the official launch on June 20th, these codes have been changed from the prior early access code, to the actual full game expansion code. (PC digital.), If you ordered a physical copy, you should find your code inside the cd package or in the manual itself. (pc physical). PS4 I think updated automatically but don't quote me on that, since I do not have that system.

    If you didn't apply that code, you will have no access to the storm blood area's, as well as the new jobs, as well as not gaining any further exp on the old jobs past level 60, till this key has been successfully applied and is displayed in your mog station as purchased.

    It doesn't matter if you played early access prior, since that code was different from the actual registration key, and doesn't apply here if not entered after the early access period ended, which is/was today, June 23rd. Please double check, and add some more information, otherwise it's difficult to help, if we don't know if that's the case or not.

    If you bought it as a digital download, do you still have the receipt for it? I would try re-entering the code and if that does not work, sent a support ticket and make sure you keep the email for reference.

    I have the exact same problem. Just I was playing when I had to go afk a few minutes. Came back to find it had logged me out due to idle time - which is fine. But now I can't get back in as Stormblood is no longer registered! My main is lvl 70 with the entire Stormblood quest line done so I definitely had that access! I also saw the code on the mog station before but now it has suddenly disappeared! I have tried using my codes again but as they have been used it is invalid of course.

    I have send a ticket to try and get this sorted but honestly I am fuming. First thought was to be truthful "Incompetence!". I have had to reinstall several times already due to issues since the expansion and have had it. Fix it!

    Sorry if I wasn't being clear enough.
    I have registered the product key against my service account, and was able to play through SB content until today.
    After I restarted my machine (due to a old graphics card crashing on me), I cannot access SB anymore.
    The weird thing is, the login client was asking for my product key again, and my old product key doesn't work. (Since it has been used before)
    I'm using the windows PC version as well, if that makes it clearer.

    Tried that, but these product keys can only be used once, so I'm getting an error when I tried register SB on Mog Station.
    Sad times since support is not available over the weekend...
