You are on the most congested world of them all. There will always be queues until more players start to transfer else where.

There hasn't been a queue for a long time before Stormblood launched on balmung. I can attest to that. And I don't count the "24" queue you get when logging in since it takes about 30 seconds to get by that. What needs to happen is more communication from SE since it is their issue to fix.
For example, the auto-log out feature which is currently being exploited by the majority of the community. There should be NO WAY to bypass this. Talking to an NPC, crafting, etc. SHOULD NOT bypass the auto log out feature period. So this is an issue that SE must address and its a glaring one. It's causing mass congestion and if fixed will reduce the current issues by a large margin. Sure there will still be congestion, but not nearly as much.
that's probably the cause of the que in the first place. people don't want to sit in que so they dont log out, thus creating the 4 hour que
This sentence sums up Balmung. 'There's be no queue, except that queue, but it's not a queue because it's a small queue so it's not a queue'.
#JustBalmungThings
I think they just basically mean there wasn't a major queue on balmung before stormblood. Which is true because you could easily login with zero problems despite the fact that the world was full. And that was even with many afking.
