15 days free playitime/1 mil gil? Help claiming

I saw that there are the following bonuses after leveling a new character to 30 on new realms:


"Bonuses for characters created during bonus period that attain level 30 in any class

Gift of 1,000,000 gil
Gift of 15 days of free play time"


and yet, I haven't received them despite hitting 30 yesterday on Omega.

How do I claim the rewards? Thank you

I've received 1.000.000 gil in game right after being level 30 on Louisoix.
(Btw, the road to 60 XP bonus is awesome!)

You will have to relog after you finished the requirements, as stated above, you should get an email for the playtime, and the gil via in game after relog.

So I just got to level 30 on my new character (totally new to FFXIV) and promptly received an email about 15 days of free play time, but did not receive the gil in-game even after re-logging. Is there something I'm missing? I didn't even know about these bonuses until my FC told me about it today.

The gil bonus is only for new characters on the new servers (Omega and Louisoix).

The page where they detail the program clearly states that the 15 days is only once per service account(regardless of whether its on a new or a preferred server). They apparently already thought of that.

If you get the 15 days of subscription time from this program, how are extra retainer fees handled? Do you need to make an extra half-month payment just on the retainers to get them back in sync with your sub? Or do you get 15 days of whatever you'd had before that?
