Started mission...Crash

Started story mission and after first part screen went black and loading went on for 10 mins, and i was force to restart the application (ps4) come back in and I have to wait in Q for 1,830 people. Now my two room mates are stuck waiting for me after the fight since they got on with any problems. The reason I came to this DATA center and Omega was to avoid the heavy congestion and issue from other worlds. Why did they just create one new world knowing this would make people rush to it, instead of giving them more options and creating 2 worlds on each DATA center to alleviate the issues. Im very upset if i knew this was going to happen why even bother transferring to a server and still have the same issues and not been able to use server transfer for 90 days.

SO PLEASE open several new worlds to accommodate the flux of new players, so we dont have the same issue over and over again, no one wants to spent there weekend in front of a loading screen. Since we already had to wait 35min for one of my room mate to get in and now its looks like 50 mins for me.
