[NIN] Why should i use Ten Chi Jin?

I wonder what the benefits on Ten Chi Jin are.

While using it i can't use any other CDs and i have to stand still. A full Ten Chi Jin take about 5-6 seconds.
I can rather get a 780 potency (F+R+S) or a 810 potency (F+K+D) if the target stands still.

So i can get max 810 potency on Single target in this 6 seconds with Ten Chi Jin.

On the other hand i could just use my 123 Combo instead to get a 710 potency in these 6 seconds, PLUS i could use the Ninki (instead of Ten Chi Jin) on Toad in between gcd, which brings me to a total of 1110 potency for 6 seconds, or even Bhavacakra for a total potency of 1260 in 6 seconds.

So what is Ten Chi Jin useful for? Did i miss something?

The only thing i can think of if more potency on trashmobs with the F+D+K combo.

Ten Chi Jin doubles Ninjutsu potency.
