Someone at the dev table must have thought this was supposed to be some sort of lewd comment. And effected changes to make it feel like one.

On topic: I feel like the combined defensive and offensive multipliers of Tenacity ought to be some 30% to 60% higher than Determination's offensive multipliers alone. But even then, once finally viable (for MT position or forced swaps), I'd still consider it flawed on principle. Why have a stat that at all forces your % contribution towards taking hits. You're already specialized as a tank. Why specialize further towards MT (or, by exclusion, OT) beyond best use of toolkit?
