Most people don't bother with bug reports largely because it's worse than the DMV. Every last stupid detail needs to be filled in, down to the information about what sort of computer or console you're using and everything plugged into them, to not run the risk of getting dumped off into insufficient information. It's just stats, so just character information should be fine but you never know.
