Significantly better impact from Tenacity would grease the wheels of the clunky design in pre-60 content since it lifts tanks in 3 key areas and makes a virtue of stacking something besides STR.
I honestly can't agree more with this post I can't tell you how excited I was to level up as a Drk only to feel that it was lacking serious flow until 68, and then I saw Tenacity thinking it's gonna replace STR it must, it's even got damage resistance scaling! Nope it's not great at all and we're back to using ilvl 270 STR rings from HW, i'm honestly baffled that this is O.K in an MMO in this day and age I'm just beyond mad that our stats are causing such a community out roar and rightfully so.
