Stay in tank stance on mega pulls maybe, or until the mobs thin out a bit, sure, but staying in it the whole time is just bad play. Bosses are still very easy to build a lead on and swap to DPS stance as well, none of them hit nearly hard enough to justify staying in tank stance. Even bosses that do hit exceptionally hard like Susano Ex can still be comfortably tanked in dps stance once a lead has been established.

The current tank issues are that aggro is going to get progressively harder and harder to hold as ilevel increases and that the changes to WAR and DRK are clunky and frankly make the jobs not fun to play. Both of those problems are completely removed from your and many other's idea about what is and isn't a "true tank."
