Another Stormblood issue

I saw the post below , only my issue is a little different. I recieved EA code from a ingame friend as a Fathers day present and all that, I enterd in the code she gave me on a SE link for stormblood EA and it was followed up with an email containing the code. and thats the last email I received on it. Im assuming since she paid for it, shes the one recieving the emails for my registration? regardless if I have to buy it myself I was wondering if there was any way if i could like play since ive been locked out since friday waiting for a SE email that answerd nothing. So is it possible for my character to be moved out of the SB area and me log in without registering SB or not? i would understand not being able to access any SB features, but id still like to be able to log in since im paying for the subscription.
Cannot get ahold of the friend that purchased this for me, until I can log in. I have a basic account and cannot make an alt to loggin that way either.

I am really sorry, but they stated a big warning about not being able to play the character if it is still in a zone that you do not have access to after pre-order ends. Since you never registered the actual game, you should have teleported to a zone for a version you have access too.

As for contacting your friend, see if you can get on a voice chat such as discord with. If your friend made the purchase, it seems like she got the email to grab the code. If she purchased from SE store, she would have to log into her SE Store account and grab the code there: 20 characters long, by the way.

If none of those options work, then either you need to upgrade the subscription, get a hold of someone else, or buy the game yourself. If you do buy it, going the digital route will allow you to get the code right away if you do not want to drive to a store or stores around you are sold out. There is no difference between digital and physical outside the special collector's edition.

Never saw a warning about it till after the fact. But I don't have the money to do anythose things or i would of done so the last 3 days I been trying to get on, So my only real option is to A just not play and let my sub days run out, B go trade all my games in at gamestop for a copy of SB, So it looks like im hitch hiking 17miles to gamestop! Tho I knew the answer to this thank you for finally confirming, I now know not to waste my time trying to email. thank you again! Have a nice day,
