World Transfer Incentive Suggestion

The two congested worlds in NA are Balmung and Gilgamesh. These two are also the major RP worlds. To help with world balance, a more enticing incentive may be some feature related to role-playing. I cannot suggest what that may be, as I myself am not a role player, but given the correlation between congestion and RPers, it occurred to me that may help.

Roleplaying isn't part of the standard gameplay. It's a player based activity that is created by the community. What you're asking will never happen unless you can build an argument that makes roleplay a feature that is part of an MMO game. While roleplay does come with any game, not just MMOs, it isn't something that is built-in to the game. When game developers create a game, they're expecting players to play the content that they have created and presented to the players for them to PLAY.
