    Tanks and Tank stance adjustments/suggestions.

    Hi there, i had a potential solution for a problem we have faced since the ARR release with tanks unable to hold aggro at low levels against DPS like the BLM which is now more complained about when it comes to RDM and SAM.

    The problem is not with the DPS classes, it comes with a situation where tanks are unable to manage sufficient enmity to keep up with the other classes. for a while even over healing was a problem, classes like GLA and MRD are especially susceptible to this problem. for a proposed solution, i would suggest lowering the tank stance requirements to level 10 since that is usually when we enter our first multi-player instances known as guildhests. How ever, this doesn't mean tank stances couldn't get a buff at level 30 and my answer for that would be a trait that reintroduces the 20% reduced damage effect like seen below.

    Tanks should start level 1 with their defensive stance active. Offensive can be at a later stage
