    There's a limit of 20 "special" messages from Square Enix, so if you have previous "Thanks for playing XIV here's your..." then delete those empty messages. It should show the count of those special messages in the bottom right.

    Then just hit the "Request redelivery" option in the top right (small circle) and wait a few moments.
