beast master dps
first off it awesome have dps pet jobs that can raise pets. pet jobs come in many difference role. beast master would more focus work side by side with they pet as in hybrid role.

Puppeteer tank focus pet. the puppet would that gain the debuff for his master or it be tank pet.

blue mage avoidance tank mage
the blue mage would start out with zero mana every time he avoidance damage he gain mana that allow him to do a spell. spell would improve his chance to gain more mana.

geomancer healer focus job. harness the elements to heal his allies and comrades in battle he or she could use elemental spirit to aid them. for example the elemental spirit like earth could be shield and other could use to heal they comrade back full health

Morpher - A class that changes its form dynamically into various beast or elemental forms. Power is built from shifting and the forms arent stable.

Harlequinn - Think a juggler/fool mixed with acrobat circus act. Gear to look like Kefka.
