Stormblood Unregistered?

I just finished the stormblood story yesterday and come home from work today and log in and it asks me for my stormblood registration code. "Hmm, thats weird. I registered before early access. No big deal, Ill just skip it." Go to log in and cannot play my character because stormblood is not installed. UMMMMMMM yes it is. *goes to re-register just incase* ERROR ERROR code already used. YEAH NO SHIT ... by me. Now I cant play .... please someone help or tell me what to do besides submit a ticket because I have already done that.

What you mean you registered it before early access? Afaik no registration codes were sent out until the 19/20th and EA started the 16th. So if you entered a code before EA started that was only the EA code and you will need to enter a actual registration code. Did you get two codes to enter, 1 EA code which sounds like you already entered and 2 a registration key? Where did you buy from, cause if you did not receive a second code you will need to contact the place you bought it from for help.

MB sorry ... i meant registered during early access. I purchased it from SE online store ....so you know. I entered both codes so not the issue there .... everything has been registered

I have exactly the same issue, I've even tried reentering my code, but the full game code says its invalid, the early access one says its been used...

I've contacted suppot, hopefully they can shed some light on the situation.

I have the same issue, the rep I spoke with using live chat was unhelpful and escalated it to a review team. SE store only shows one 20 digit code myself and I can I swear I used it but the rep said it was unused...

exactly. you can't register before earl access because the actual keys for the game were sent out after launch

The key some people think is the EA key, has been updated on/after June 20th on the SE stores (EU/NA) and are now the actual cd key. Take a look a this link were we explained, how to find the key, when and where to register etc. That should solve the problem. If not reply here and we will take another look at it, but do not state that you registered the key prior to EA or during EA because that's impossible, since these keys weren't available to that time.

Same thing happened to me right after HW release, and again right after SB release. Just check your email for a new key.

I'm having this same problem. But I bought the physical version of the game and it has not yet arrived due to international shipping. Can I play now only when he arrives?

Yep you will have to wait till your order arrives, unless you go to a local store and purchase a 2nd copy of the game, or get a digital download and then return the actual physical copy that's being shipped to you, upon arrival. But make sure you're reading the terms of purchase and returns. In some cases, depending on the retailer you bought it from, you might be unable to return the game. Otherwise just have to wait.
