    I thought I was crazy. Had a BRD in the PT the other night and noticed her Battle Voice "missed" me. I wasn't very far away from her at all, definitely within song radius.

    On a side note, also the healer's rescue spell can miss or be dodged. Still both of these things seem to be happening randomly with no clear indication of why it wouldn't work.

    Quite a few spells can miss at the moment. I'm not quite sure what the cause is. Check this screenshot of a summoner "missing" his summoning of bahamut:
