    Hissatsu: Seigan is pretty useless. If you're being hit by something you most like want to use Merciful Eyes instead of Seigan. Other than that every skill is pretty useful.

    Seigan is actually a dps gain over shinten. Probably the one and only useless skill is merciful eyes: the self heal is ridiculously weak and it uses your open eyes proc that is better used on seigan. I macroed merciful eyes and second wind together to clear a slot. Anyway, use third eye and seigan everytime you can.

    I wouldn't say any of the Samurai abilities are useless... Just situational.

    Not useless at all actually. There are plenty of times where you take unavoidable raid wide damage or if you know you can't avoid an AOE in time or something. It has plenty of uses.
