Tooltip Bug

Since 1.20 my tooltips haven't been working. I have to look at what the abilities do in the actions menu, which is very annoying.
Any solutions?

My tooltips aren't working. When I mouse over an ability, nothing shows up. If I mouse over something in the buff/defuff part, nothing shows up either.
