You guys added 2 dps classes. I personally know a few tanks that have since hung up their shield for the katana/rapier. The chances of tanks switching mains to these new classes I feel is greater than the chance of healer/dps main switching to tank. Thus, I come with this.

At its core it exists to make the dungeon queue time lower for everyone by enticing players to join as the job that will move the line as fast as possible. As it stands with its current negligible rewards, its doing nothing to circumvent the problem.

I assure you no tank (it always is) even looks at that section of the screen because the rewards are worthless to anyone over level 10. Why spend 25 minutes in a dungeon when you can get the same amount of gil 5 other ways in 1/10th the time. Then there's GC seals. The currency is not in enough demand for oneself to benefit the system. Besides, deliveries are more than sufficient in obtaining those.

IMO the AiN system needs rewards that make people WANT to check it. Whether that be tomes, a SIGNIFICANT increase in gil (like 500% significant), a loot box with a pool of items people actually care about (minion/mount/materia/MGP cards/stuff always in demand).

I know with any changes you need to take note of side-effects/possible downsides/etc and I think these are about the only 2 rebuttals one could make against giving AiN rewards that are actually worth a persons time
1. Makes people feel they HAVE to play the role that's in need or miss out
2. Unfair for those that don't have said role leveled so they couldn't take advantage of it.

Answering the 2nd one is easy. Last I checked you could play every class in the game. Branch out, level that tank. Literally any team orientated event (save potd unless ur pushing high floors) you participate in as said tank, is a boon to everyone involved.

I understand the first issue as being a bit tricky, after all my motto is 'efficiency is king', so having to play something to get that sweet sweet loot when I don't feel like it isn't ideal, but with a properly functioning system in place, the AiN would not always be tank. Also, if we're being real, it's always tank now, and if you aren't one you don't see those negligible rewards anyway.

At the end of the day, even if I never obtained these hypothetical better rewards, if it can soften the blow to these 50min queue times, I'm game to give the tanks all of the things. They the real MVPs.

tl;dr revamping/buffing the AiN system will not only bring variety to the AiN role, it will AT A MINIMUM, shorten queue times for EVERYONE because it would actually be worth leveling/playing that tank for the goodies.
