World Transfer Support

I, along with my son, reside on Balmung. In the evenings it's been taking 2-3 hours to login. This effectively prevents my son from playing, and greatly reduces my ability to play. I am willing to transfer worlds, however I find myself disappointed in a message I just received from in game support. The response was that while "Sorry", policy does not allow for assisting players who belong to a free company.

Individual players are being offered compensation for their homes, as this game related stress is a function of usage and policies SE has put in place. We have a private free company, and the same courtesy is not getting extended to us. The only members of the free company are those who are actually in my household.

To add insult to injury, after waiting three hours this evening to log in, I attempted to reply to the in game message I received from a GM where I requested help. The game crashed when I hit reply...and now I find myself waiting behind 2914 people again.

I am willing to move, along with my family, to allow us to play, and help SE in a small amount by reducing load on an overpopulated server. All I ask is to be treated fairly, and compensated to allow my family to have a home on the new server. This is being done for individual players. Please provide support, we would love to be able to play.

We plan to continue introducing new incentives and updates following the release of 4.0, including bonuses to accommodate the transfer of entire free companies and free company housing.

I'm assuming you're playing in DX11 mode, I found out the hard way that replying to support desk causes a crash. Use DX9 version if you need to respond to GMs.

I'm in a similar boat and unable to transfer an alt because she is in a free company - she's not an officer or anything. Just a regular ol member.

The current queue on Balmung, as I just joined it, is 3,754. I don't want to transfer my main - but I boosted this alt, and I really want to play the game.

Well if you want to transfer the character you will have to wait in queue to get into the game to be able to have the character leave the FC then will be able to transfer the character.

I know. It's ridiculous that's the only thing keeping me from transferring. Are they incapable of kicking a member from an FC the same way people are removed from Linkshells?

A FC leader can kick someone out of a FC same as a LS

The FC leader is stuck in the same queues, unfortunately. It's pretty much just me and them.

Do not xfer to the preferred world Zalera. I went from a 4k queue to a 12k.
