I, along with my son, reside on Balmung. In the evenings it's been taking 2-3 hours to login. This effectively prevents my son from playing, and greatly reduces my ability to play. I am willing to transfer worlds, however I find myself disappointed in a message I just received from in game support. The response was that while "Sorry", policy does not allow for assisting players who belong to a free company.

Individual players are being offered compensation for their homes, as this game related stress is a function of usage and policies SE has put in place. We have a private free company, and the same courtesy is not getting extended to us. The only members of the free company are those who are actually in my household.

To add insult to injury, after waiting three hours this evening to log in, I attempted to reply to the in game message I received from a GM where I requested help. The game crashed when I hit reply...and now I find myself waiting behind 2914 people again.

I am willing to move, along with my family, to allow us to play, and help SE in a small amount by reducing load on an overpopulated server. All I ask is to be treated fairly, and compensated to allow my family to have a home on the new server. This is being done for individual players. Please provide support, we would love to be able to play.
