lvl 68 but no longer have stormblood?????

so I curious if this has happened to anyone else...

So I been playing stormblood content since early release and I have a lvl 62 monk as well as a lvl 68 ast. I went to log on today and the game said I needed to enter in a registration code for stormblood. I checked the mog station and stormblood expansion has been removed off my account. So I tried to enter in the pre registration code again but it was the code had already been registered.

Has this happened to anyone else...also how does this happen???

1: sure you didn't only register early access? ( yea i know prob stupid to ask but hell would not be the first time ppl forget it )

The early access code is different to your expansion code, you need to register the later to continue playing SB.

thanks for the info...but im looking through my email and I can only find the pre access code...no email with a actual regristration code....and I bought it from the mog station

Well the mog station does not sell the expansion so you might want to look elsewhere for your code, do you perhaps mean the SE store?

Yea, the EA code was just that, a code for early access that lasted til Friday. Now you need the actual expansion code, if you ordered the physical copy online and are still waiting for it to be delivered, sadly you have to wait.

However if you ordered digital, check your e-mails/account for said online retailer to see if they sent you the code. If they did, just input it into the Mog Station and you'll be good to go.

Sign into your main SE account on their site (where you buy the game) and check your owned products. The E.A codes were listed there for me but it should now be replaced with your main product key. You can then use that to register the expansion on your mog-account page if you havent already redeemed it.

Weird it doesnt even show I bought the collectors edition on my mog station...

but the early access code I got came from this email... noreply@xmail.square-enix.com

You need to sign into your square Enix store account. Not the mogststion. The code will be there.
