    Need help identifying a chestpiece

    Hello, I tried posting this picture on various subreddits but didn't have any luck, so I'm trying here. The NPC is from the goldsmith lv60-70 storyline. The chestpiece can't be bought on the MB so it's not crafted but I've never seen it anywhere else.
    Before anyone asks: The pants are astral silk bottoms and the boots are expeditioner's thighboots.

    That doesn't look familiar at all. I'd guess it's either a future Goldsmith top or general crafting gear that hasn't been released yet.

    It's in the Collector's Edition Artbook under "Miscellaneous." I assume it is either an NPC-only thing or some glamour piece like the expiditioner's set that will be released at some point.
