During the main story quest Stars in the Dark, one of the quest objectives reads "Speak with Hien" (with an extra space there). As this is purely a text issue, I've provided a screenshot.

The same extra space appears in the journal and when the words "Speak with Hien" appear in the middle of the screen with the check mark.
