SE Please Acknowledge - Error 2002 Primal Data Server down

Could SE please acknowledge that the Primal Data Server is down in the Tech Notes so that we know you are working on it. Your Chat is down on weekends so we cannot contact anyone and Emails take at least 1 month to hear back on. Also there is no contact number publicly available so we are all in the dark with no way but the Forum to let you know of issues.

I am also getting this error and I'm on Lamia (primal) I finally convinced some friends to come back online with me and today was the day we're going to do it and I can't log in. ._.

Lenicus I notice you are in Boise, ID. I live in Nampa, any chance you have Centurylink for your isp?

It looks like it may be.

I just rebooted my router and modem...i can now get in. May be an IP isolation issue? try that.

CONFIRMED. Resetting my modem allowed me to get me to the character screen. This does work.

yep I have centurylink. Left CableOne because between online gaming, regular internet needs on pc, and Netflix/hulu Cable one's prices are outrageous..

resetting modem fixed problem. Weird I was able to log into kujata server on japan data server and play just fine and I could even connect to the aether data server, but not the primal server.
