This guy has hit the nail on the head.If they don't fix everything they can now, they'll end up releasing 2.0 with way more problems than it needs to have. Now is the time for the foundation to be laid for 2.0. They've said a lot of the content they add now will be inaccessible come 2.0, anyway, so it's a waste of time for them to pump tons of it out.
Let them get the game on solid ground. Let them implement jobs, balance the recent class action overhaul, fine-tune the market wards, gear-dying, stat allotment, monster strength, etc. Let them study the primal fights they've released so they can release better ones in the future. Let them make the game fun to play before asking for all kinds of temporary content.
