Its a failure of the client to connect to the data center, so its not related to the second one. If its a ddos attack then usually the client will get different behavior at every attempt to log in, but I'm getting the same result every time.

Here's the fun part, I was in q for chat support, now I'm getting a chat support not available, their hours are 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.! wait...its 10:30 a.m....pretty sure i fall within that time range...
