Don't think it is those as all other servers are up including NA Server Aether.
Doesn't help that the support chat is down on weekends as well so only contact to SE is by email which isn't responded to for up to a month if ever.

Its a failure of the client to connect to the data center, so its not related to the second one. If its a ddos attack then usually the client will get different behavior at every attempt to log in, but I'm getting the same result every time.
Here's the fun part, I was in q for chat support, now I'm getting a chat support not available, their hours are 6 a.m. to 8 p.m.! wait...its 10:30 a.m....pretty sure i fall within that time range...
