Stormblood seems to have been removed from my account.

So for some reason, Stormblood has been removed from my account. I was playing it fine yesterday, as my samurai, however, today, when I went to login to the launcher, I was told to input my registration key. I did, but as expected, it had already been redeemed, by me. Because of this, I am unable to actually play the game, as it thinks I only have Heavensward.
If anyone knows of anything that could help, it would be greatly appreciated!

Did you buy it from some third party site? Seen people who bought MMO keys from certain sites that let marketplace sellers sell stuff and they lost their game a few days after redeeming. If you bought it from SE did you try just contacting them?

Thank you very much for this! Just checked the email that said I have been billed and used the key from that. I did not realise there would be a second key necessary for the full launch. Thank you very much once again!

Use the registration key that came with the game. Not the preorder key for early access

having the same issue and i bought directly from SE. they dont have any support during the weekend and my code does not work because it says that its already been used. when i go into my moggle account it says that stormblood needs to be bought, does not appear as it was before

And did you also check you're entering the full key, not the preorder one? A friend didn't notice the second key either.
