Transferred From Balmung to Coerl, But Didn't Recieve the Bonus

Hey, if anyone can help me with this, I'd greatly appreciate it.

While the polulation balancing thing was going on, I moved an alt character from Balmung to Coerl so I could get the 10 gold chocobo feathers and get the Twintania mount. I transferred as of yesterday for free, like the topic said on the lodestone, but I still haven't recieved the feathers. I checked my main character and my alt for mail and neither have a notification, even when I refreshed the rewards thing via the moogle delivery service.

Am I missing something? Do the bonuses come after the population balancing has settled down?

I've received the golden feathers directly in my alt's inventory. And it's only for the transferred characters.

Heya! I thought I had this problem as well, but the feathers actually automatically go into your inventory instead of arriving by mail. Kind of wish SE explicitly stated this as I just spent almost 2 hours trying to figure out why I had no mail...

Yeah I thought they would notify the feathers being sent like they do with the Recruit a Friend Campaign. Oh well, thank you!
