why do I no longer own storm

so I curious if this has happened to anyone else...

So I been playing stormblood content since early release and I have a lvl 62 monk as well as a lvl 68 ast. I went to log on today and the game said I needed to enter in a registration code for stormblood. I checked the mog station and stormblood expansion has been removed off my account. So I tried to enter in the pre registration code again but it was the code had already been registered.

Has this happened to anyone else...also how does this happen???

I had the same what you need to do is go to where you purchased the storm blood expansion, there is infact two codes.

One is the pre order (early access) code which is now invalid, the other is the full game code...enter the full game code in on the mog station and the game will become available again.

Yes there are two code one pre-order which allows you to play EA but not not give you rights to the actual game once released and a second full registration code that must be entered to keep playing SB. So if you only used the EA code then nothing was removed from your account as SB license was never actually added to your account. Who did you buy your game from?

Early access ended on June 23rd, you still need to put in main serial number from physical product or digital key into your mog station.
