    Cant do quest "Better Axe Around"

    Hello, im level 57 warrior, i been trying to do this quest but i cant find it or any of the other ones for unlocking the warrior ability Deliverance.

    Nope, i cant even find it i have done the necessary quests to unlock it but its not there.
