Healing & DPS?

So with the dps ques being terrible...I though it would be a fine time to start working on my tank and healer as I normally tend to do eventually. Though with the shake up and sweeping changes. I have no clue to what healer puts out the most dps.

Normally I default to scholar for that...but I have heard bad things about its changes. So I really just wanted to know what healer provides pretty good dps! ^^

I thought this would be a good place to inquire about it.

WHM has the highest dps, just like it did in HW.

As far as dungeons go, WHM has far and away the highest aoe DPS output with aero III, holy, and assize. Their single target DPS is also the strongest of the 3 healers. AST has lower personal DPS but can contribute with their cards.

I'm not highly familiar with the SCH changes but they lost access to a few of their DOTs as well as all of their spammable aoe spells, leaving them with two DOTs, a spammable single target nuke, shadow flare (no longer has 100% uptime) and bane, which spreads their DOTs to nearby enemies at a large potency reduction per enemy.

AST is in a very strong place right now and is worth considering if you plan to heal additional content. If you only want to stick to dungeons, WHM is what I find most fun.

WHM DPS is incredible.

Further... it's a bit early, but having done both ex primals on both AST and WHM at i297... at this low end of gearing, WHM might have an MP advantage even there, allowing for more DPS uptime. (That might just be the parties I've had though, haven't done them enough to be sure yet).

Definitely Whm. Ast has never really had much in the way of personal dps, and that hasn't changed much (the only thing being the Lord card, but you have a 50/50 on getting it). And Sch...well, it's just not in the place it was before when it comes to AoE's, the Whm StoneIV has more potency than Broil II, and Holy only falls off to 50% dmg after the 6th enemy as compared to the Sch's 80% dmg loss. AeroIII not having any damage drop off and Assize are very good as well.

Whoo thank you guys for the advice. It seems white mage is the way to go for me then at least when it comes to the healing I want to do ^^!
