    After 10 hours I'm still experiencing the same issue. I've attempted contacting Live Support but they were incredibly unhelpful and rude. Is there any solution to this problem or am I just permanently going to be locked out of this character?

    This has been going around for some time and is do to ether of the following;

    Needs to update drivers/ Direct X / Java / or other components,

    Make sure system specs match what your system can handle. If you were able to play it in the past you may need to run bench mark to get an idea.

    Use proper graphic card settings or ports. Example if HDMI and has display port on both card and monitor go for display port much faster.

    Also, Tech support is very direct and understanding, I've yet to meet anyone rude, unless your not really tech savvy and your taking it out on them.

    Make sure your running a 64 bit operating system. If your running it in 32 bit it's a minimum and may cause that. While 32bit under minimum requirements to run the program, 64 bit will have less issues.
