While I agree with the idea, let's look down the line - more DPS in part => party DPS increases by 50% => easier dungeons => dungeons are made harder => tanking (and to a lesser degree healing) becomes harder and requires more competence (since I doubt tanks would get buffed) => even less people would want to play tanks (and healers) => longer queues for DPS.

Just increasing the number of DPS is not the solution.
