Fixed. Out of the blue there was a "maintenance" screen so restarted the launcher and suddenly my codes work.

At least that tells me SE knows there was an actual issue! But of course letting us know...

Quick question. Did anyone else buy it on Steam? I contacted them as well to try and resolve this. I checked and triple checked - I have no other codes.

Make sure the code is not prefix "RF3A". That's the pre-order code.

The pre-order code (prefix “RF3A”) that grants early access and in-game items can be redeemed immediately on the Mog Station by selecting the “Enter Pre-order Bonus Code (Early Access Code)” option. Simply follow the steps to redeem the code on your account. The in-game items referenced above will be sent to characters on your account at the official launch of Stormbloo

Basically, you need to key in the code with the prefix "RG3A" (since you seem to have bought the CE) on the Mogstation.

Try removing the first "3" and replace it with an R. or if the key is to short in general, try adding an R in front of the first 3, maybe steam just misprinted the code or you key'd it incorrectly.

i tried many times put both code maybe now is all locked for issue account i bet, in any case they are so stupid just buy and copy and stop no every moment have this trouble for any sub payment , to people like so much complicate entire life to all
