    Titles Button Greyed Out

    As the subject states, my Titles button under Attributes is greyed out. I went around to the various NPCs and unlocked each achievement category. Several of my achievements show as having earned a title, but when I try to view or change my title, the option is not available. It shows as greyed out and is unable to be clicked or selected. Is there something else I'm missing? From the patch notes, it seems like it should be available as soon as you earn it.

    You have to talk to the npcs twice
