Toggleable mount speeds?

With the new expansion, SE added new mount speeds that can be unlocked after completing certain quests and purchasing with hunt seals.

I, myself am a person who gets motion sickness very easily, and while the mount speeds don't really affect me in more expansive maps, I've been getting motion sickness while traveling mounted in the 2.0 areas (ex: South shroud en route to PoTD).

So while this may be an unpopular opinion, I've been wondering if it's possible to have toggleable mount speeds (and if there is, how?) for those who think they're already going too fast. I don't really think I'll be getting the second starred speed any time soon!

i dont think you can toggle it, and the 2nd star speed is really fast i keep getting stuck on objects
