Woke up this morning to Stormblood being unregistered

Went to log on this morning and I find my Stormblood has been unregistered from my service account and my code does not work. It was pre-ordered for me by a friend. I'm not even sure where to begin looking to fix that, I got no new emails from SE regarding this.

You need to enter your game code on Mog station... you only registered your early access code. Check your email?

I'll have to poke at the friend who bought it for me then. I didn't get an email with a new code in it, but they may have since they bought it? Idk.

I had to log into my square enix account to get my code i wasn't emailed or anything and it wasn't particularly clear that i had to do this to keep playing stormblood. Given you got gifted the game you might have to get your friend to check there square account though i'm not sure.

Where i have to go to redeem the code ? I don't have anything in the email and the early access code is already registered to my account.

Whoever gifted it to you should have gotten the actual game code. Just login to mog station and add it to your account. If they bought it from SE, they can login to their storefront and check the order. The code should be there.

in the orrder confirmation mail should be a button that says "click here to get acces to your products" click on it, and there you can see your full game code, i had the same thing this morning and i registerd via the launcer since it prompted me

My code was buyed at kin_guin without "_" as a present for me. I have the preorder code converted to the 20 digit number of the early acces and nothing more =(

Oh yeah i orderd from SE store so... and what about the mail from kinguin ? nothing in there ? ask your friend ? or conctact kinguin support ? that's all i can think off at the moment!
