Has anyone recently obtained a "Peregrine Helm" (black Onion Helm with red feathers)?

This item is apparently obtainable extremely rarely from Quick Exploration Ventures. I'd really like to have it, but I'm curious if anyone has acquired one recently. I saw someone mention in a comment somewhere from 2015 that they had obtained one in a venture at some point, but other than that no one ever seems to mention the helm since then from what I can find.

I'm trying to increase my odds of getting one somehow, whether that's from increasing my retainer's ilvl, or changing their job.

So has anyone obtained this item recently? What level/ilvl was your retainer? What class were they?

Finally obtaining all 3 onion helms for my Onion Knight-themed character would be a dream come true for me, and I mean to obtain the Peregrine Helm by any means necessary!

This is the best I can do without a third Onion Helm.

Would it be possible to find out from the devs if this item is actually still attainable from Quick Exploration Ventures or not? For all I know, being able to obtain one from Ventures could have been patched out long ago and I'd really hate to be wasting all this time and effort due to false/outdated information.

(It'd be cool if having all the helms got you the <<Onion Knight>> title. My life would be complete, lol)

The Peregine Onion Helm and the Red Onion Helm are both old 1.0 items, along with the actual Onion Helm, which is why they're so hard to get. I do know upgrading your retainer gear to pretty much current endgame level does increase the chances of them bringing back 'rare' items, but it's still no guarantee. I have my 1.0 Onion Helm (I'm using it as glamour for my DRK actually), along with a Red Onion Helm one of my retainers brought back, so it's a moot point for me anyway.

As for an achievement, considering the original Onion Helm is a special bonus that was included with the FFXIV 1.0 Collector's Edition and thus unless you were a 1.0 player with the 1.0 CE and registered the item to their account, or you manage to track down a mint, unopened copy of the 1.0 CE with an unused item code and register the code to your account (as the 1.0 codes are still valid, but increasingly harder to find as SE ordered all retailers still with unsold 1.0 stock to be returned to them for disposal), this would not even be possible I'm afraid, even if you could get the other two helms through Retainer Ventures in ARR.

So sadly, it's not something that can be added I'm sorry to say.
