I just wanted to take a moment out of my now thoroughly unoccupied weekend to complain about the SE Store's horrendous shipping. Despite sending a notice that they'd shipped me my copy of Stormblood on the 16th when Early Access began, tracking for that shipment indicates that it wasn't actually shipped out until the 21st, almost a week later. Thus, Early Access ended and I still don't have my copy of Stormblood, and find myself essentially barred from the game until the abysmal mailing service sees fit to actually get it to me.

And the cherry on top is that I'm really, really expecting my Collector's Edition to arrive in some state of utter disrepair, as my last couple orders from the SEOS have due to their severely subpar packaging practices.

So, anyone else feel like expressing their discontent with this service?
