Red mage stat question.

I cant find any data on direct hit beyond that it's 25% and the value does NOT increase, just the chance (where base crit is 40% and the value seems to still increase). Det has always been a more complicated beast. traditionally when games do a new stat, it's the best by far, but apparently tenacity is outright garbage from the warrior test i've seen. i wonder if direct hit is similar

spellspeed is by far the worst choice for RDM. Dualcast already makes it pretty worthless, and to top it off we don't have any DoTs to benefit from, so best to ignore it as much as possible.

Dualcast doesnt change much about the value. it still lowers the recast time. but it doesn't effect our enhanced melee
