FC's First for Shirogane?

It was in a Q&A at the European fanfest, Yoshi was asked and he replied along the lines of they were undecided and would continue to monitor up to release. I think its unlikely it'll be initially FC only but those thinking it's a complete fabrication are wrong, I was there.

I think they should have FC-First Housing. Time delay private purchases. It helps the greatest number of people because

- FC's have more than one person to benefit from housing
- Helps to alleviate some of the issues with 1 account buying up all the lots on alts for resale

On servers like Balmung, if it was FC only, there would be literally no houses left in Shirogane for personal housing.

I think FC housing would have been much better than personal. But they should have never shared same wards to begin with.

Before Balmung for Stormblood, 2.3 housing and 3.3 housings were taken less than 1 hour. Even if some people left and there are people who are booted out during prime time, it's still considered congested and barely calling it "thinned out". Shirogane will be sold out really fast in this server.

I mean we went from having a 3 hour queue, to having a half an hour queue. I would say we thinned out. A LOT. But yes I'm very very aware of the housing situation on Balmung.
