Ixion killed an instance

We had Multiple Spawns Yesturday on Hyperion in two different Instances. We lagged like hell on the 2nd one but at least managed to kill both.

Firstly: its not the whole server which is effected its the zone.

Show me a MMORPG fresh at release with 500 people in one zone not crashing that zone.

thirdly: dont accuse a company to lie about DDoS attacks if this comes out as a lie a company's credibility is destroyed for a long time. thats why as a company you would naturally avoid this. but its #allFakeNews right?

Ixion just crashed the instance on Tonberry. Is it possible to cater more server resources (even if temporary) to The Lochs (and maybe Yanxia) maps for the super fates? It's pretty frustrating to have them finally spawn but then crashed the instance.

Ixion died this morning on Adamantoise with no issues, not even lag. fps dip sure but nothing else.

Same thing happend on Shiva. Fate were up on instance 3, people went there all excited, server crashed, Ixion gone.

Large hidden spawns crashing zones is sadly nothing new.

pretty sure it's just the instance being over populated...

Yeah, there were similar issues with Behemoth and Odin back in early ARR. Not surprising to see Ixion doing this when the game's population has increased since then.
