Comparatively to other extreme fights, Susano Extreme doesn't have tons of healing required if people do mechanics right outside of the sword/ultimate phase and whenever he AoEs. You can Medica II lightning phases and have one healer DPS and the other tops off the tank and individuals that get marked.

As a whitemage I DPS about 70% of the time in dungeons (including the new ones).

I don't think much had changed tbh.
