MSQ and Summoner Issues *Possible Spoilers*

I can not pass the Naadam as Summoner.

I am i273 level 67 (http://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodest...cter/13620598/)

I have been trying and trying and trying to beat this fight, and it feels like it was designed for lvl 60 HW Summoner, not a SB Summoner.

I can get up to the ovoo, OK enough, but at some point 4 warrior class enemies spawn. Getting rid of these four is the problem:
#1. They ignore Titan so hate control doesn't work. <-- Shows it's scripted.
#2. Swift Cast Tri-Bind has no effect. <<--- HEY! if I can't use it, give me sustain back and take this crap!!
#3. Slow from Shadow Flare has no effect <-- pft, like it matters
#4. Garuda's Windblade knockback has no effect. But I saw a machinist do this in VID!
#5. Physics and Drain are too weak to have any effect<-- Nothing new, but geeze

#6 For each warrior I do kill, a fresh one takes his place instantly. Knocking them down is not the problem, it's getting them to stay down, that's the trick. THIS!!!!!
#7 I have to stop for Ifrit to matter, well, stopping is not an option, so ifrit doesn't matter.

I have absolutely no crowd control. It doesn't help with the fight breaks your abilities, on an already crippled class. (due to the changes, I can't Store 6 Aetherflows, and go: Painflaire X3, aetherflow, DWT Painflare X2, Tri-Disaster, Contagion, Bane, Deathflare, DWT, Deathflare) Remember the days?????? anyone????? anyone!???? IF I could do that, oh yea,,... bye bye bad guys, thus this is designed for HW Summoner! Now, if you miss even 1, even 1 aetherflow strike, you loose all THREE aetherflow abilities!!! NO KIDDING!
Questions on if SMN is gimped anyone? I know my class!

The damage from these 4 is so high I can't heal through it and I don't have time to get off Ruin III and/or IV. If I try, these 4 warriors will take 80% of my HP in just a few hits.

All I can do is run. So while running, all I can do is Ruin II and the 3 Pain Flares I get per minute and DWT/DF and Tri-Disaster. As this is our on-the-move selection. After about 2 minutes of running around finally, enough damage takes out 1 or 2 of these guys but almost immediately another takes their place.

It is like the fight is scripted to keep 4 of them on me at all times. Thus, I can run in circles until the duty times out and no matter what I do no matter what I try I cannot advance. If I stand my ground I live just a few seconds.

I tried taking down the enemies the NPCs (Hein, Lyse, etc,) are fighting, that didn't help, and I don't get heals from the NPCs, so I am on my own. I've tried to see if I can get the NPCs to attack the 4 chasing me, but they ignore them.

I know how to play SMN, what I need is how to get through this fight because at this point I can't advance in the main story. This is extremely frustrating. It is like the fight is bugged or something. Feels like it was designed for a HW summoner.

If Summoner can't pass this, why I see so many Summoners in Primal EX party with me since 3 days ago?

So I mounted up ran to the final objective and just kited the mass amount of enemies around until my allies caught up while firing off ruin 2 once they catch up the adds fall off and you can then get the objective I then continued doing this strat to kill the boss nova and make sure you burst down the stones and aoe anything trying to capture before you can. Took a couple tries but I got it.

you're doing it wrong.

you don't need to kill every enemy and keep them down. just kill all the ones that are on you. if they are on another NPC leave them alone. click the circle in the middle without being interrupted and you win.

i did this on SMN, took me two tries.

Think it's impossible for sch to do the quest. They do need to fix it so every class can finish it my sch had ilvl of 285 and still died and failed it 5 times in row before got tired of it and quit.
