Pull first two groups in one - did you handle it fine? If yes, continue. If no? go slow. Personally I think Kugane should be 2 pulls before the first boss. (Ambush being part of second pull). Anything else feels slow

Chiming in here as a healer, one of those guys who keep you guys alive

And I can tell you without doubt that as long you AND your healer aren't geared up some more any kind big pulls are at best stressing your healer to the max, at worst you are begging for a wipe.

Additionally, incoming damage compared to defenses has gotten up, so it is harder for healers to keep up if you pull like crazy, regardless of gear. Among healers the consensus is "tanks have become more squishy".

So til everyone has adapted and geared up I recommend keeping pulls at no more than 2 and check your healer's gear. If your healer has plenty of time to dish out damage with a pull of 2 you might increase it to 3. If your healer can't dps at all (but would be willing to do so) reduce pull size to 1.

Also keep in mind that while bigger pulls can speed things up if the DPS actually do their AoEs... if you pull so much that your healer can't Holy/Gravity/Bane because they are busy keeping you alive against crazy amounts of damage you'll end up LOSING overall dps power and you are slowing the group DOWN with overly-crazy big pulls instead of speeding things up.

You aren't a great tank if you can do huge pulls -- if you survive huge pulls it mainly means your healer was pushing buttons like crazy. And this is true all the more now in Stormblood, given defensive/self-healing options for tanks have been lessened. What makes you a great tank is pulling just the right size that your DPSing folks AND the healer can push group-damage to maximum while you keep a solid grip on aggro.
